About Rae
About
Soul rebel, bridge-builder, perpetual beginner.
I help third-culture builders and polymath connectors doula a kinder world into being, and I write the letters I wish I'd had along the way.

The longer story
For most of my life I belonged a little bit everywhere, and fully nowhere. Chinese Jamaican, born in Jamaica, raised between the Caribbean, East Asia, and wherever the work took me. I speak multiple languages and have built businesses in four countries. For a long time I called this scattered.
I stopped waiting for a kinder world to arrive, and started building one in plain sight.
Now I call it my superpower. I am a bridge, not in the networking-event sense, but in the lived sense of someone who has spent her whole life translating between worlds that do not usually see each other. Culture and technology. Mysticism and spreadsheets. The Global South and the global conversation. The old earth and the one being born.
These days I am moving from a very connected, disempowered life toward communal living. Slowly, deliberately, untangling the loose ends of the old world so I can plug more fully into content, community, and the work of mothering something new into existence. This is not a personal brand. It is a public journal of that journey.
What I'm building
raes.journal is my open book. I share field notes on:
- Spiritual growth and the frameworks that have shaped how I see the world (Human Design, Gene Keys, Daoism, Indigenous wisdom, Jesus' teachings)
- Building in public, the messy, real process of constructing a life that centres community, creativity, and the new earth
- Deep learning across disciplines: languages, systems, philosophy, culture
- What interdependent, sustainable living actually looks like in practice, not in theory
My mission is to doula the New Earth into being, and to map the path for other bridges to follow.

Work with me
I offer coaching and mentoring for the in-betweens: third culture kids, daughters of immigrants, multi-passionate women who have been in survival mode so long they have forgotten what thriving feels like. I help them find their confidence, make sense of what feels like scattered experience, and make the leap.
